Client Satisfaction Survey – 2025 Results

At Novus Care, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality care in the home. As part of our ongoing quality assurance efforts, we regularly invite all clients to participate in satisfaction surveys. These surveys help us gather valuable feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of care. All responses are treated with complete confidentiality.

The 2025 survey has now been completed by clients receiving home care services from Novus Care. We are pleased to share that the results reflect a very positive experience across the board.

This survey was guided by the five key questions the Care Quality Commission (CQC) uses to evaluate home care services. These questions are central to our mission of delivering exceptional care:

• Are we caring?
• Are we responsive to people’s needs?
• Are we well-led?
• Are we safe?

Looking ahead, we will be developing targeted action plans based on the feedback received. These plans will be reviewed regularly to ensure we continue to evolve and improve our services.
