Novus Care goes the extra mile for me, whether it is the care staff that come in daily or the registered manager calling at the weekend to try and talk me into going into hospital after I suffered a stroke and refused treatment. They really are a wonderful company – thank you so much for all you have done for me.”

“I can’t find fault with Novus Care. The girls are always so clean and professional, and work so well with Beryl. When Beryl is having a bad day, they know how to be with her to try and get her to work with them. When they come downstairs, they always make sure I sit down and they do me a bit of breakfast as well, which they don’t have to do. It is so nice.”

“The company is absolutely marvellous. When Dad comes home from respite, we sometimes phone the night before and they always go out of their way to get a care worker to us the next morning. Even when we don’t know for sure how long Dad will be away for, they are flexible and helpful. I also like the fact that when changes are needed or if Mum has made changes to the care package, I always get a call as well to make sure I know what is happening because mum can sometimes get muddled with arrangements.”

“Novus Care are a good company that tries their best to always accommodate my requirement. When my main care worker is off, they understand that there is only really one other person I feel comfortable enough with to do my personal care and she will always come out and do my care visits for me. Some care workers in the industry have got a rubbish name for themselves, but not the Novus Care care workers, they are all so kind and efficient. I have never had another care company and I wouldn’t ever want another one.”
