At Novus Care we always strive to provide the highest quality care and we very often hear about inspirational individuals and teams who have gone above the call of duty to deliver that care. The difference our employees make to the lives of our clients deserves recognition and one way that we do this is through our employee of the month program. Office Employee of the Month

As a Sales Advisor for Novus Care sometimes all of James’ hard work can be overlooked and we may not always take the time to appreciate how hard he works. James has a very caring nature and is happy to do anything he can to try and support new potential clients and embed the high standard of care that we deliver. James always comes to work with a positive attitude and always brightens everyone’s day. He also never fails to make us laugh!

Well done James, your hard work and dedication to Novus Care does not go unnoticed and we appreciate everything that you do!

Congratulations Ndakaziva Wonzeri
Live in Carer of the Month

Ndakaziva Wonzeri is our live in carer of the month. Ndakaziva has been fantastic in her current placement as she is making her client feel well cared for and supported. Her client has recently been poorly and is in hospital and Ndakazziv has extended her stay to ensure her client comes home from Hospital to a friendly face and the carer she is used to having. The client’s family has given some wonderful feedback and has even recommended Ndakaziva for carer of the month for all of her efforts looking after their loved one and going above and beyond.

Community Carer of the Month

Catherine works at our Godalming branch and has won our Community Carer of the month award due to her dedication to her clients. She has worked extremely hard since joining Novus Care and has formed very good relationships with both colleagues and her clients. Well done Catherine!
