Congratulations to Makho who has won our Live in Carer of the Month. Makho supports a couple who individually have high care needs and has shown patience and kindness in her role and has always stayed calm during challenging situations. Makho has received lovely feedback from her clients and their family. She truly is an outstanding Live in Carer. Well done Makho!

Office Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Leo, our Administrator for the Live in Care team who has won our Office Employee of the Month award. Since Leo has joined Novus Care, he has worked so hard and is extremely reliable as although he commutes a long way – he is always on time and never late. Leo is always polite and helpful and has worked hard to learn new skills to build his knowledge and is committed to ensure all his duties are completed to the best of his ability. Well done Leo!
