Reviews of Reading Home Care
You have given a client of mine an opportunity to “work” for you. I am so grateful. This is what he needed and his whole life will change and he could even move away from being a client!
We always appreciate any company who give people with LD or MH an opportunity. I salute you.
A huge thank you to you, your team, & all the care workers who continue to provide daily, personal, care, & friendship to PF.
It’s a massive comfort to us, as a family, to know that little has changed in PF’s world.
We understand and fully appreciate, these are challenging times for you, your team & your care workers & above all, very much appreciate that the care workers are putting themselves & their families at risk to ensure the people that they provide care for feel little impact of this current situation.
“We write to thank all those wonderful people who were part of his care team over the past 6 weeks. From the moment you came into our home we felt completely comfortable and you have become friends.
We cannot thank you enough for the care you have given him, for the joy you bring every time you see us and the laughter we have shared. We will miss all of you and should we need any further care, we would not hesitate to contact you.”
“The carers are great, caring and work very hard to make sure my mum is cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. They are brilliant and supportive to the family.”
“The carers are always friendly, polite and accommodating. They always make my dad laugh and he enjoys their company as they do his. He has a brilliant sense of humour and loves the banter with them. They are professional and caring and I’m grateful to them for helping him maintain his independence at 90 years of age.”
Care workers SH and ZB are absolutely lovely. I get on with them really well and they are so friendly. SH is particularly helpful as she makes sure my laundry is done and leaves the place really clean and tidy. I am very happy with the care they give me.
“My wife wished to come home from hospital and your first class team made this possible by coming in four times a day to care for her. The care they gave was outstanding. My wife died peacefully at home with me and her sister on 27th October 2018. Thanking all the staff and those who came to the funeral.”
