Introducing January’s Carer of the Month Winners!

It never ceases to amaze me the difference our staff make to the lives of our customers every single day. It is truly inspiring to see. We believe this deserves recognition and one way that we do this is through our Carer of the Month program. It’s a wonderful opportunity to thank all our Carers and to encourage each and every one of them to reach their full potential so that together we can achieve the very best care possible.

So, we are delighted to announce that January’s Carers of the Month are:

Congratulations Rebecca

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our Community Carer Rebecca who has won Cranleigh’s Carer of the Month. Rebecca has been with Novus Care for just over two years and due to cancelled calls in January she had to adapt really quickly to being back out in the busy field. She has been a real team player and picked up calls in emergencies! Well done Rebecca!

Congratulations Cheryl

Whoop! Whoop! Cheryl has been awarded Wickford’s Carer of the Month in recognition of Cheryl’s exemplary performance, commitment to her clients and team spirit. Cheryl is very flexible and will always help when needed. Cheryl is well loved by her clients and team mates.

Well done Cheryl, you’re a trusted loyal member of our team.

Congratulations to Emma Martin

Emma was nominated for Canvey Island’s carer of the month because of her attention to detail. She is extremely thorough and always ‘on the ball’ emailing in straight away to inform us immediately of any issues/concerns. Emma is very responsive and also helped out a lot in December and in the first two weeks of January. Well done Emma!

Congratulations Melanie Humphry

Mel was chosen for Watford’s carer of the month as she sets a shining example for our new carers that come on board. She is very punctual, always willing to go the extra mile and she is willing to go out of her way to take and drop off staff (even when it is not expected of her) and her note taking is very detailed. She is a great mentor for our staff and we are very grateful for all she does. Well done Mel!
