April’s Carer of the Month

At Novus Care we always strive to provide the highest quality care and we very often hear about inspirational individuals and teams who have gone above the call of duty to deliver that care. The difference our Carers make to the lives of our clients deserves recognition and one way that we do this is through our carer of the month program. It’s a wonderful opportunity to thank you and to encourage each and every one of our members of staff to reach their full potential so that together we can achieve the very best care possible.

We are very proud of all our staff and in APRIL we are delighted to announce the following members of staff have been awarded our carers of the month;

Congratulations Magda
Magda received April’s live in carer of the month because she is an incredibly hard worker and such an asset to the live in carer team. Her attention to detail is second to none and she has been very thorough with her visit notes and using the app correctly. Magda continues to communicate with the office incredibly well. Magda is polite to all staff that she is involved with including the office and the domiciliary and break cover carers that attend the placements she is in. Magda always goes the extra mile for her clients and her clients and their families always want her to return because they are so amazed with Magda and inform us of her outstanding work ethic. Magda was very happy and grateful when she received carer of the month. We are very thankful for all of Magda’s hard work and dedication to her job.

Congratulations Louise

Louise was nominated by Amy Beake and everyone agreed that Louise should be Cranleigh’s Carer of the month for April. Louise has really settled into her job as senior carer. Louise is excellent at communicating and has worked hard in the field to pass on her high standards of care to all new staff. Well done Louise.

Congratulations Conor

Conor has proved to be flexible and is always willing to help at our Wickford branch. Conor has a sunny disposition and puts a smile on everyone’s face. Conor has very quickly become an all rounder and eager to learn all aspects of care and office work within Novus. Clients have grown to love Conor and look forward to him attending their care calls. Well done Conor this is well deserved!

Congratulations Susara
Susara has won Canvey’s Carer of the month as she is very dedicated to her role as care worker, she is always organised and prepared for her daily duties arrives on time to not let her clients down. On the completion of quality assurance calls this month Maria has received 2 compliments from her regular clients who have said that Maria always goes above and beyond to ensure all their needs have been met. Well done Susara!

Congratulations Lynn

Lynn was nominated and won Watford’s carer of the month for the quality of her care notes. They are very factual and informative. She makes doing the care note audits that little bit easier. She is also a harder and is massive help to us in the office. Thank you, Lynn, for all your hard work!

Congratulations Jackie
Jackie is Godalming’s Carer of the month for April as she is a Carer that consistently goes above and beyond. She is conscientious and has excellent relationships with all her clients. They appreciate her compassionate nature, her years of experience, knowledge and expertise. She will do extras for clients to ensure they receive the best possible care as well as reporting swiftly and supporting new staff in the field.
